These Terms of Use govern your access and use of the SWAS TASKS website and services. By using the platform, you agree to follow all rules outlined below.
1. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate account information
- Use the platform legally and responsibly
2. User Accounts
You agree to:
- Keep your login details secure
- Not create multiple accounts
- Not impersonate others
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
We may suspend or delete accounts violating these terms.
3. Posting Tasks
Task owners must:
- Clearly describe the work
- Provide genuine and legal tasks
- Pay the agreed amount after completion
- Not exploit or deceive workers
Illegal, harmful, or inappropriate tasks are strictly prohibited.
4. Working on Tasks
Workers must:
- Complete tasks honestly
- Deliver original, quality work
- Follow instructions given by the client
- Not engage in fraud or plagiarism
5. Payments & Withdrawals
- Payments are released after the client approves the work
- SWAS TASKS may charge service fees
- Withdrawal methods may include M-PESA, bank, or other approved channels
- Fraudulent earnings will not be paid
6. Prohibited Activities
Users must NOT:
- Post illegal or dangerous content
- Use bots, automation, or fake accounts
- Scam clients or workers
- Conduct phishing, malware distribution, or hacking
- Abuse or harass other users
7. Disputes and Resolution
If a conflict arises:
- Users must first contact each other
- If unresolved, SWAS TASKS may step in as a mediator
- SWAS TASKS’ final decision will be binding
8. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate terms
- Commit fraud
- Abuse the platform
- Engage in harmful behavior
9. Limitation of Liability
SWAS TASKS is not responsible for:
- Loss of income
- Delayed payments
- User disputes
- Errors caused by third-party services (e.g., M-PESA)
The platform is used at your own risk.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms anytime. Continued use means you accept the changes.
